APPOINTMENT INFORMATION
Initial office visit – 1.5 hours
Initial visits are scheduled for an hour and a half because we want time to get to know you as well as your health concerns. Upon making an appointment our office will send you a link to our patient portal and copies of the intake forms. Please fill out your new patient paper work ahead of time and send or bring any pertinent labs, medications or supplements to your first visit. The more information we have, the more we can help!
Follow-up office visit – 30 mins- 1 hour
Follow-up acupuncture – 1 hour

Please note that not all plans under these companies cover Naturopathic or Acupuncture Services.
If you would like us to check your benefits please call our office with your insurance information and allow 48 hours prior to your appointment for verification.
If your insurance covers out-of-network providers for acupuncture or naturopathic medicine we will be happy to bill your plan as well.
Please remember to bring your insurance card to your first visit.
